Dr Chan graduated from the National University of Singapore with an MBBS and completed her postgraduate training in Internal Medicine (MMed) before sub-specialising in Cardiology. She is a Member and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (Cardiology), and a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC). She also holds certifications from the European Atherosclerosis Society and the National Board of Echocardiography (USA). 陈医生毕业于新加坡国立大学，取得内外全科医学学士学位（MBBS），完成内科研究生训练（MMed）后专攻心脏内科。她是英国皇家内科医师学会会员及院士（MRCP、FRCP）、新加坡医学专科学院心脏专科院士（FAMS）及欧洲心脏病学会院士（FESC），并持有欧洲动脉粥样硬化学会及美国超声心动图国家委员会的专业认证。
She previously served as Clinical Lead for Heart Failure Services at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, where she developed a multidisciplinary programme recognised among the Top 5 Quality Improvement Projects (2021). As Director of the Cardiac Diagnostic Laboratory, she introduced advanced echocardiography and functional imaging services. She has received Service Quality Awards (Silver ×2) and contributed to national standards as a member of the Ministry of Health Heart Failure Services Improvement Sub-Committee. 她曾担任黄廷方综合医院心力衰竭服务临床主任，带领建立的多学科协作计划荣获2021年度十大医疗质量改进项目前五名。在担任心脏诊断实验室主任期间，她引进了先进的超声心动图及功能性影像技术。她曾两度荣获服务质量奖（银奖），并以卫生部心力衰竭服务改进小组委员会成员身份参与制定全国医疗标准。
Clinical interests临床兴趣
Her practice spans the breadth of adult cardiology, with sub-specialty depth in echocardiography — including strain imaging for the early detection of subclinical dysfunction — preventive cardiology, and long-term management of heart failure, hypertension, and dyslipidaemia.
